The August monthly dance, Saturday August 20, is our first ever Novice Jack and Jill competition!
You are considered a novice competitor if you have never placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in any Jack and Jill competition before.
Entry into the competition is FREE and sign-ups are at the door. The competition will be judged by local SwingColumbus dancers, and there will be fantastic PRIZES for the winners! Not a novice dancer?
Then come out and cheer on the competitors!

- 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm – Beginner Swing Dance Lesson
- 9:00 pm-9:30 pm- DJ 1 and Jack and Jill sign ups
- 9:30 pm- Novice Jack and Jill Prelims!
- 9:30 pm to 10:30 pm – DJ 1 and finalists announced
- 10:45 pm- Novice Jack and Jill Finals!
- 10:30-midnight- DJ 2 and winners announced!
