Holiday Edition of SwingColumbus on a Saturday Night
SwingColumbus hosts Saturday Night Swing roughly once a quarter with a focus on a drop-in dance lesson, great dancing, fantastic music, and a special feel to provide a complementary weekend dancing experience to weekly Swingin’ Tuesdays dance and lesson.
This dance is held at the Fourth Avenue Christian Church building in the lower-level ballroom.

7:30 PM – 8:00 PM : Drop-in lesson (free with cost of entry)
8:00 PM – 11:00 PM : Dance to our awesome local DJs!
Admission: Cash or Check only
$10 General Public
$8 SwingColumbus 2018 Member or Student with a Valid ID
$5 SwingColumbus 2018 Ambassador
Attire: We suggest sueded shoes for veteran dancers. Beginner dancers, please wear shoes that will not mark the wooden floors and that will remain on your feet.

Off-street parking in the church parking lot available.
Parking: Street parking (signs permitting) and church parking lot on a first come first serve basis.

Pre-Dance Cookie Baking and Decorating!
Join us Saturday afternoon at Shannon’s house north of Columbus to bake and decorate cookies! Shannon is the current president of the SwingColumbus board.
“We thought we would bake some holiday cookies to have on hand for the dance in the evening. Come on over and catch the holiday spirit, help decorate some cookies, and maybe sample a few as well!
The oven will be on—bring a batch to make and share at the dance, bring your favorite edible decorations, or just come to lend a hand.”
